New in RELAY on the web and in the app: seasonal Halloween stickers in English and Arabic, chat backgrounds, an emoji set and camera looks are now available and return every year. When recording voice notes, view-once choices now open above the button so Stop stays within reach. Also, contact photos in notifications now always display upright on iPhone and Android.
